P2M Ltd. is an Israel based consulting firm, providing marketing, business development and general management consulting and support to companies in Israel and internationally. P2M is active in, among others, the automotive, heavy/public transport and other industrial markets. P2M believes in becoming part of its clients’ team, working collaboratively in order to maximize their marketing potential. The marketing activities begin with comprehensive research and planning, ultimately developing a clear direction for the client. Following this, drawing on its wide network of industry contacts, P2M works with the customer to open the door and market their products/services. P2M leads, in full cooperation with its customers, the entire marketing life-cycle, from first contact, to project management, and ultimately to serial sales.

P2M believes in a market-oriented management approach; in short, this means that the entire operation has to be structured around the ultimate needs of customers. P2M can provide its clients with the consulting and tools to align their other operational activities to the intended marketing goals, thus maximizing the potential success. Some fields of activity include: engineering/R&D, operational and organizational optimization along with “parachute management” services.

P2M was founded by Ron Bensinger and Alan Rashkovsky:

Ron Bensinger

Ron Bensinger holds degrees in economics and business management. With over four decades of executive management and marketing experience, Ron has earned a reputation of success, honesty and dedication, both in Israel and worldwide. Ron has extensive international management experience; initially managing Israeli investors’ interest in significant operations in Portugal, Ron ultimately spent eight years as C.E.O. of a large industrial company in Germany. Since returning to Israel, Ron has served as V.P. marketing for two industrial manufacturing firms in Israel. At his first posting at Omen High Pressure Die Casting, Ron led a company initiative that turned around and rapid expansion of sales (from $5,000,000 to $20,000,000 per year) including the penetration into the exceptionally difficult yet lucrative gearbox synchronizer market. In his most recent position at Polyrit Polyurethane Based Solutions, Ron led a successful market expansion campaign, expanding the international customer base four-fold, as well as earning significant successes in the Israeli market.

Alan Rashkovsky

Alan Rashkovsky holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto as well as an MBA. A natural entrepreneur Alan ran a successful computer consulting company in Toronto from age 15 to 23. Since his Aliya to Israel, Alan has quickly proven himself in industry. Hired as an R&D engineer by Omen Die Casting, he quickly was promoted to project manager responsible for Omen’s $10,000,000 fire sprinkler castings business. As a product manager at TAT Technologies (a world leader in aerospace heat exchange solutions) he was put in charge of all marketing, project management, engineering, production and sales activities for key accounts, including the US DOD, IAI, Bombardier and Embraer (Alan was credited with turning around the relationship with Embraer, ultimately leading to over $30,000,000 of contracts between TAT and Embraer). Following this, Alan returned to work with Ron, at Polyrit, as International Marketing Manager, in charge of marketing and project management activities for international customers, and a key factor in the successful expansion of Polyrit’s international customer base.
